3 Hr Workshop 6 - 9 pm The first step in learning how to metal shape a hot rod or vintage car body is to develop your hand tool skills. During this course, you will be given a project and these are the tools you will focus on: · Mallets (wooden & plastic) with sandbags · Slappers to smooth out wrinkles & dimples · Body hammers to form metal · Shrinker/stretcher- Demo and hands-on · English Wheel - Demo and hands-on You will also be exposed to the planishing hammer and bead roller (these are thoroughly covered in CJM’s Advanced Metalshaping Workshops).
